Bubble Bear Tea was founded in Long Island, New York in 2022, an Asian American who wanted to share bubble tea with all demographics. After realizing that there was a discrepancy of Asian Culture on Long Island, we wanted to introduce people of all backgrounds to bubble tea and pastries that have been a large part of our childhoods. Drinking bubble tea after a meal is a staple for us, but we wanted to share our lifestyle to all. After a year of quality testing recipes for all drinks, we comprehensively know our products. We ensure that all of our customers experience the highest quality ingredients, with fresh boba and premium tea leaves imported from Taiwan.

Our company is seeking a passionate and energetic boba barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers. Our barista should have experience working in a busy setting, and should be prepared to speak to customers about our drinks and pastries.
